Our Story
Our team of researchers had been working together from disparate locations and organizations for many years. In November 2016, we decided to form CSG so that we could come together under a common umbrella. This allowed us to meet our goals at a stream-lined, efficient organization. We were incorporated in New Jersey on November 29, 2016.
Our non-profit status was granted in March of 2017 and we hired our first full-time employee, Executive Director & Senior Wildlife Research Biologist, Trish Miller, in September of 2017. Our work is supported mainly by foundation, corporate, and government grants.
